Xovee Xu is a third year master student major in software engineering at the University of Electronic Science and Technology of China (UESTC), Chengdu, Sichuan, China, advised by Fan Zhou and Ting Zhong. He received the B.S. degree in software engineering from UESTC in 2018. He was born in Zizhou, Yulin, Shaanxi, China, in 1996.
He is the author of several research articles published in INFOCOM, SIGIR, and CSUR. His research interests include social network data mining and knowledge discovery, primarily focuses on information diffusion in large-scale graphs, human behavior understanding, and spatial-temporal data modeling in various social and academic scenarios.
Xovee has served as reviewers for refereed conferences and journals including KDD, AAAI, TKDE, TNNLS, and TON. He is a member of the IEEE and ACM.
Xovee lives in Chengdu, China. He speaks Chinese and English, and he is learning Esperanto as well. His Chinese name is 徐增.
